Dried oranges are the dried form of fresh oranges. Orange contains about 88% water. For this reason, when drying 7-10 kg of oranges, about 1 kg of dried oranges remains. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, the nutritional values, the aroma, especially the carbohydrate, vitamin and protein ratios of dried oranges have increased significantly.
