CARROT

Dried carrot is the dried form of fresh carrot. Carrots contain about 88% water. For this reason, as a result of drying, 1 kg of dried carrots remains from about 8-10 kg of carrots. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, the nutritional values of dried carrots, especially the proportions of carbohydrates, vitamins and proteins, have increased significantly.
