DILL

Dried dill is the dried form of fresh dill. Dill contains about 70-80% water. For this reason, from approx. 5 kg of dill, 1 kg of dried dill remains after drying. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. Because of this, the nutritional values of dried dill, particularly the carbohydrate, vitamin, and protein ratio, have increased significantly.
