PARSLEY
Dried parsley is the dry product produced from fresh parsley and obtained as a result of production. Fresh parsley contains between 83 and 88% water before being dried. The proportion of water in the dried fresh product by drying is reduced to very low values. As a result of drying, 1 kg of dried parsley is obtained using approximately 6-8 kg of parsley. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, the nutritional values of dried parsley, especially carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and fats, have been significantly increased.
